Fitness, Health, and Free Coaching- EpicEveryRep.com

WARNING- This is NOT Jill.  This is a young, handsome, stud of a (single) man that pirated his mom's blog for a day.  This post is about Health, Fitness, Exercise, Sweat, Weights, Stinky Socks and Gym Jocks.  You've been warned!  Read on...

But hold on one hot second.  Let me formally introduce myself, since I'm sure you've heard of me and all my ridiculous adventures before in this blog.  (That may be a good thing, it may be a bad thing...thanks mom.  Because of you, my life is an open book.)

My name is Caleb Thomas, and yep, Jill is my mom!

psppatch2I’m a Christian, dog owner, aviator (yes, planes and helicopters), firearms collector, gunsmith, fitness nut, and an all-around hard-working dude.
As of July 2013, I’m deep into the extremely competitive process of earning a candidate position in the Pennsylvania State Police Academy, and will likely graduate with a State Trooper badge in the Summer of 2014.  The dream goal is to fly choppers for the police.  Wouldn't that be awesome?  If you happen to drive through PA in the near future, and I pull you over...reference this blog and I'll discount your ticket 10%!!!

What I'm really here to talk about is my continuously blossoming business- EpicEveryRep.com.  I've been investing some serious labor hours in getting my website up and running, some quality articles written, and a lot more tiny details covered...so much so that my mom is becoming concerned... I've overheard comments like, "Is he ok back there?"  "I think Caleb is dead.  He hasn't come out of his room for 13 hours," and "Our son is a officially reclusive hermit."  If you are already tired of reading my guest blog, click on the image below and check out the fruits of my labor.  Lots of great information for those looking to become a little or a lot healthier!

So this is MY story, my transformation, my sweat, blood and tears.  I'm sharing this not to brag or boast, but to share with you the fact that YOU can take steps forward in your health, too!  Especially if you have no idea where to start!

Beachbody changed my life- January of 2010.
As I single-handedly consumed an entire pizza in my lonely apartment late one night, I became stuck in the black hole of “suggested” YouTube videos.  (You can't ever stop watching after just one video, right?)  At some point or another, I ended up watching a video of an absolutely astonishing fat-to-skinny transformation accomplished with some DVD program from a company I had never heard of before- “P90X” and “Beachbody”.  (Have you ever heard of them? They are a $450 million dollar direct marketing company that sells health and fitness products.)

Anyways,  I was utterly dumbfounded and HAD to challenge myself to do the same.  A switch in my brain was flipped.  Without questioning, I immediately found a coach, bought P90X, Shakeology, and joined a challenge group.  I really, really wanted to be the ripped guy in the YouTube video that looked so healthy.

I was ready for a change.  I was ready to Bring It!

Fast forward a bunch of calories, a lot of sweat, and a few short months…
Website Header…And now I look like the terminator!

What started for me as an impulse-buy late one night in my apartment quickly developed into a new lifestyle.  I began eating healthier sleeping better, feeling less sore, gaining energy and muscle, losing fat, and getting ripped.  My life was changed so profoundly through the Beachbody programs I used that I began coaching Team EpicEveryRep.  I shortly thereafter won $1,000 in the Beachbody Challenge Contest and have since submitted video footage at Beachbody’s request for the upcoming Body Beast infomercial.  Check it out!

Since I became a coach, I’ve experienced the intense joy of paying-it-forward while being rewarded with an income.  Getting to watch others succeed (see a whole page of success stories!) in reaching their goals and in turn paying-it-forward to even more people has been a truly rewarding experience.  I think my mom can testify it didn't come quickly or easily, and that a lot of sweat equity was invested into my transformation.

This isn't a magic diet pill.
It's not a "Wear this wrist band and you'll become an Olympian" product.
It's not a fad diet or a bogus "Get Ripped" scam.

It is, however, a lot of hard work, a lot of discipline, and a lot of ups and downs.

To ALL JillGoes readers out there in the cyberworld (yes, everyone):
Check out EpicEveryRep.comJoin the EpicEveryRep Team of folks working on their health and fitness!  The above pictures are my obvious and undeniable testament- the programs work.  I'm currently working with people of all ages, all fitness levels, and all personal interests and needs.  I'm excited to have you on board with us, and look forward to you contacting me.

Thanks for reading!  Your regularly scheduled broadcast will continue momentarily...

Um. I think "WOW" would be a slight understatement young man. But...WOW!

Congratulations. Your Mom is a great friend and I know she is a wonderful Mom who is very proud of her offspring. I can see why!

What a great testimony. Your parents and you should be [justifiably] proud of your accomplishments. I know several readers [my Tadpoles, your Mom can explain if you like] who would be interested in this and many of the guys who work for my husband would definitely want to see this. I will happily hook everyone up.

Congratulations on your hard work and especially on passing the exam to go onto the next towards becoming a Pennsylvania State Trooper. YOU GO CALEB! You're in our prayers.

Give your best to your Mom and Dad. Stay strong!

    1. Thanks SkippyMom! I appreciate the kind words, and thank you VERY much for the potential references! The more that join my team, the merrier! The more members we have in our group, the higher our accountability becomes for each other and the more active the community becomes. People on teams are much more likely to succeed!
