Mini Monsters!

I left a teaser the other day, about another project the most culinariest twins had worked on the day they spent with me.  After we made our Tricky Pumpkins, we decided to whip up a ghoulish and fun dessert for the family.

Tori and Brianna were all too eager to start eating up all the yummy ingredients before we even put them together help Germall with this recipe.

This is an easy recipe, requiring just three ingredients and no baking.

Mini Monsters

6 ounce (or so) bag of chow mein noodles
12 ounce bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips
Wilton's tiny edible eyeballs

Melt the chocolate chips in a large microwave safe bowl, stirring after each 30 seconds till all smooth.
Stir in the chow mein noodles.
Drop by spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet that has been lined with wax paper.
Place eyeballs on each "monster."
Chill till firm.

I think you can and should eat a lot of these, because they are made using dark chocolate and that's healthy, right?

Here is one pile of yumminess:

I believe one or two of these friendly monsters has three eyes.  Hmmmm, I wonder who did that?

I asked the girls to give me their most scary faces, and here is what I got:

I also told the girls to save these little treats for dessert, but from the looks of things, did they wait?

Scary!!!
